Creative Style & Deliverables

• Clients acknowledge that they have reviewed Ameiya’s portfolio and agree to its creative style.

• Final deliverables, including images and films, will be edited at Ameiya’s discretion.

• Raw/unprocessed files are not shared unless explicitly agreed upon.

Turnaround Time

Estimated delivery timelines will be communicated during booking. Delays caused by factors beyond control (technical issues, force majeure, client delays) will not be considered a breach of contract.

• All photographs and films are the intellectual property of Ameiya.

• Ameiya reserves the right to use content for portfolio, website, social media, and promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.
